はじめの一歩

画家の最大の魂は感じる力である。

そして最大の才能とは継続なのだ。

 

活動していることが最良の状態であり、

仕事をしていることが最善の状態だ。

仕事は心の栄養であり、持続していることが何よりも活力源である。

活力を仕事によって生みだすが、同時にその活力でも仕事をしているのである。

 

一週間を私は軽い病でおとなしく過ごした。

喧噪だらけの環境の中で様々な負の想いに振り回されながら、

すっかり活力を失ったように感じ、自信を失っていた。

今日はまた再スタートへのはじめの一歩である。

その謙虚な一歩を踏み出して行こう。

 

動かなければ何も始まらない。

The first step

 

 

The greatest soul of a painter is the ability to feel.

And the biggest talent is continuation.

 

It is the best condition to be active,

Working is the best condition.

Work is nutrition of the mind, being sustainable is the most vital source of anything.

It creates vitality by work, but at the same time it works with that vitality.

 

I spent a week with a mild illness.

While being swayed by various negative thoughts in the bustling environment,

I felt like I lost my vitality, I lost my confidence.

Today is also the first step to restart.

Let's take that humble step.

 

If it does not move, nothing starts.
