批評

批評とは貶すことではない。

作品の価値観を方向づけるものだ。

まずは何を意図してそうしたのかを作家から聞き出さなくては始まらない。

批評とは、作家の意図を汲み取った上での価値の付加行為である。

そして批評とアドバイスは違うものだ。

アドバイスをするなら、作品それ自体をまずは認めて、どうすれば良くなるのかを説明するべきだ。

何を意図してそうしたかを説明しないと、自分の価値観だけで批評が始まってしまう。

それは批評というよりは批判に近い。

 

批判とは、簡単にいえば、気に入らないものに文句を付けることである。

それはどんなに愚か者でもできる品性の無い行為だ。

良くないところは、それが喧嘩の火種になってしまうことだ。

 

自分自身に、本当にプライドがあるならば、批判などはしない事だ。

そしてより正しい批評をするべきだ。
