災いは向こうからやってくる

いつもよりも遅い寝起きの朝を迎え窓を開け放つ。

ひんやりとした冷気が部屋に注がれる。

冷たい雨に寒さが絡まり、辺りはしんとしている。

部屋の中で疲れとの闘いに身を休めていると、

 

突然男がくしゃみをして外を通りかかってきた。

わざとらしいくしゃみを何回もしてうちの前にいる。喧嘩の合図だ。

まだ朝の六時。

何と下品で手に負えないことだろう。

時々うちの前には、迷惑ものが荒ぶりに来るのである。

こういう時は相手の熱が冷めるまでじっと我慢しているに限る。

 

災いの男は去って行った。

 

災いはいつも向こうからやってくる。

何も構えずにただ漫然としている最中に襲いかかってくるのだ。

たとえ備えがあってもそうだ。

しかし、いつもグッとそこを耐えれば時間が洗い流す。

いつでも未来を待ち望むことが重要である。
