心の薬

朝起きてから、頭がガンガンに痛い。

どうやら陽気の変化で風邪をひいたようだ。

花粉症も併発しているようである。

今日は一日寝ていよう。

 

人間は病を、身体の自浄作用、自然治癒能力で治していくものだ。

薬はそのサポートをする補助剤である。

病気の時は心が動きたくないものである。

ほおっておくと心はかちかちになり、心も病になってしまう。

 

私は寝っ転がりながら、シルク・ド・ソレイユをユーチューブで観ていた。

何と心動かされる事だろうか。

圧巻の一言に尽きる。

何もしたくない心が一気にウキウキとしてきた。

現代サーカスが今日の私の心の薬になったようだ。

My head hurts in my skin after I wake up in the morning.
