リーダー

窓を開けると外は曇り空。

灰褐色の街。

僅かに雨が降っている。

冷たい雨が辺りをしっとり濡らし、気持ち良い空気が部屋に流れ込む。

 

それにしても人間の生活は、希望である。

それがなくては何も始まらない。

リーダーは絶対的に強い存在である。

それは希望そのものであり、希望を配る人だ。

そしてリーダーは配下のものを生かし育てていく、命の番人でもある。

リーダーが代わりに死んでくれる事に希望を置くような、誤った考えは直ちに捨てなくてはならない。

そんな考えを続けている限り、その組織に未来はないだろう。

Leader

 

 

When I open the window, the outside is cloudy.

A gray brown city.

It is slightly raining.

Cold rain moistens the neighborhood and pleasant air flows into the room.

 

Even so, human life is hope.

Without it there is nothing to start with.

Leaders are absolutely strong being.

That is hope itself, a person who gives hope.

And the leader is a keeper of life, encouraging and raising things under him.

The wrong idea, like putting hope for the leader to die instead, must be discarded immediately.

As long as we keep on thinking, there will be no future for that organization.
