個と組織

現代社会は個の多様性で成り立っている。

 

多様性は素晴らしい事だ。

自分にしかないものを称賛して生きることだからである。

しかし同時に和も素晴らしい。

望ましい組織や社会とは、

和の中で多様性をそれぞれに発揮しているものだ。

多様性を尊重し合う和、和の中で発揮できる多様性、そういう個と組織の関係が望ましいのではないだろうか。

 

個は組織の中で埋没しがちであるけども、自分にしかないオリジナルが発揮できるようにするべきだ。

組織の和でもって個をサポートする。

個と組織が双方に円滑なコミュニケーションが取れるように、個も組織も互いに信頼し歩み寄るべきだ。

 

現代社会に望まれる組織とは、和で包まれたスペシャリストの集団のような形ではないだろうか。
