健康が第一

季節が急に寒くなってきたせいもあるだろうか。

寝起きの頭がガンガンに痛い。

二日間休養していたが、ぼんやりと過ごした割には、頭ばかりが忙しかった。

それも休めたいのに自動的に頭ばかりが働いてしまうのだ。

季節的なものか過労による頭のエラーなのかもしれない。

思いが忙しいために、身体は休んでいるのに休んでいる実感が殆ど持てないのである。

 

それにしても絵描きは健康が第一。

環境に負けているようでは駄目だ。

健康を作るためにまた一肌脱ごうではないか。

Health is the first

 

 

I wonder whether the season has become suddenly cold.

The head of the waking-up hurts in the cancer.

Although I was taking a rest for two days, my head was busy except for spending idly.

Even though I want to take a rest, the head only works automatically.

It may be a head error due to seasonal or overwork.

Because my thought is busy, I can hardly have a feeling of resting while my body is resting.

 

Even so, painting is the health first.

I do not seem to be defeated by the environment.

Let's break away again to make health.
