才能を発揮して働くには？

才能がある人が才能を発揮して働くにはどうしたらいいのだろうか。

というのは、才能がある人ほどそれを努力して磨かず、怠けてしまいがちであるからだ。

もともと才能がなく、努力する才能のある人ほど成功するのが世の常である。

だから私は、才能はあるが怠けて力を発揮できない人も弁護したい。

 

まずは本当に仕事をするにはやる気である。

仕事は才能から始まる事ではない。

何事もやる事が全てであり、やらなければ何者にもなれない。

あとは、特にやる気のある時に作り上げた習慣化した仕事を、やる気のない時にも平常心で続けること。

つまり努力である。

そしてもっと大事なのは、感動する心を鈍らせないことだ。

だれよりも人間らしく感動するからこそ、もともとの才能が活かされ続けるのである。

 

設備も大事である。

仕事をする道具のパフォーマンスを上げて最適化する事。

これは本来の自分の能力を思う存分使うのに、必要不可欠な事だ。

 

あとは静かな環境である。

誰にも邪魔されない静かな時間と空間。

質の高い仕事とは静寂な平和の中で集中して作られるものだ。

誰かにいつも邪魔されていては、注意散漫になり、とても質の高い仕事など出来ない。

 

才能がある人が才能を発揮するためには、内的な努力と、最適な仕事道具、静かな集中できる環境が必須である。

そして道具や環境は手に入ればベストだが、手に入らなくても自分の方法で頑張ることである。

それ以上に大事な事は、才能があっても謙虚になり、いつでも努力する習慣を続けることである。

If someone is always disturbing you, you get distracted and you can not do very high quality work.
