理解されるよりも理解する事を。

与えられる事よりも与える事を。

愛される事よりも愛する事を。

 

聖フランシスコの祈りの一部である。

これは、受身にならずに自分からのアクションがいかに大事かを教えている。

 

生命とは、能動的に動く事の中に、愛が隠されているのである。

人のためを思って動く。

そうすると、自分に内側に燃えるような愛が生まれてくる。

そこに、何事に対しても使える大きなエネルギーの源があるのである。

その力は誰でも平等に使える。

 

自分のためを思って動くよりも、

大切な誰かを守るために動いたり、

困っている知らない誰かを助けるために動いた方が、

人間は力の限り動けるのである。

 

それは愛の力が無限大だからである。

愛は、人間を積極的にし、他人も自分も助けるのである。

 

結局は、自分を助けるために人を助ける。

そうする事が自分を本当に大切にする事だし、助けた縁は巡り巡って必ず自分のもとに返ってくる。

それが人間関係の真髄なのだ。

 

与えると本当の物が得られる。

それが世界の真理である。

This teaches how important your actions are without being passive.

 

Life is that love is hidden in things that move actively.

It moves for people.

Then, you will have a love that burns inside.

There is a great source of energy that can be used for anything.

Anyone can use that power equally.

 

Rather than move for myself

Move to protect someone important,

It ’s better to move to help someone you do n’t know

Humans can move as much as they can.

 

Because the power of love is infinite.

Love makes people positive and helps others and themselves.

 

In the end, help people to help themselves.

To do so is to really cherish yourself, and the ties you help will always come back to you.

That is the essence of human relationships.

 

If you give yourself, you get a real thing.

That is the truth of the world.
