日本では、徳川幕府時代にサルをモチーフにして

「見ざる。聞かざる。言わざる。」ということわざ生まれ、

国が民を収め天下統一するために、大変有効に使われた。

 

しかし、現代はその逆の時代である。

 

「見る。聞く。言う。」の時代。

なんでも見て、なんでも聞いて、そしてなんでも言う。

スマホ万能主義でそういう時代となってしまった。

自分の個性を輝かせるために、インプットもアウトプットもどんどんせよと言う時代になったと言う事である。

それは自己表現にとっても、自分の存在意義や命にとっても重要な事である。

そして民の一人一人が、国や世界を彩る時代となったのである。

 

しかし問題は、謙虚さを忘れないことだ。

そして「言う」と言う事に責任を持つかどうかだ。

遠慮もなしに、なんでも言えば良いというわけではない。

口が作り出す「悪」が自分も周りも滅ぼすからである。

 

現代は、自分の信じる本当のことを、他人への謙虚さを忘れず、正直に言うことが必要になった時代と言えるだろう。
