現代社会では、多くのことを同時進行させなくてはいけない。

ただその状態を何となく続けていれば、一つ一つが薄っぺらになるし、心も落ち着かない。

それは、その物事を本当に愛していないから、心が入らなくなっているためである。

だから目の前のものを愛そう。

それに思いを一点集中させよう。

物事に愛を注げば、それは必ず自分のものとなるのである。
