「信頼」

人は誰でも自分が一番理解されたい。

だから、そこをわかってあげようとすると心を開くものなのだ。

相手が苦しかったら、「苦しかったね。」と、言ってあげる。

相手が楽しかったら、「楽しいね。」と、言ってあげる。

また共感するばかりでなく、何があったのか聞けないようなら、黙っててあげる。

そういう、相手を理解する心の繰り返しが、真の信頼を生むのである。

"Trust"

Everyone wants to be best understood.

So if you try to figure it out, the other person will be open.

If the other person is suffering, say, "It was painful."

If the other person has fun, say, "It's fun."

Not only do you sympathize, but if you can't hear what happened, you'll be silent.

That kind of repetition of understanding the other person gives rise to true trust.
