「人生と習慣」

人生は徐々に変化していく水の流れのようなものだ。

一つに形を留めない。

それは習慣が作るのである。

習慣には、

いつも決まった事を繰り返す習慣と、

変化していく習慣とがあり、

その両方がバランスを保って実生活は出来上がっている。

その二つの習慣の中で、

これなら良い、これじゃダメだと、

取捨選択をし、

人生は現在進行形で形作られている。

どうしてもやらなきゃ気の済まないものと、新しく始めたいもの。

人生とは、習慣によって、それをどういうふうに１日の中で片付けていくかの実践であり、

習慣が人生を作ると言っても過言ではない。

"Life and customs"

Life is like a slowly changing stream of water.

It doesn't stop at one.

It is made by custom.

Customs include

The habit of repeating certain things,

Changing habits,

Both are balanced and the real life is completed.

In those two customs,

If this is good, this is no good,

Make selections,

Life is currently shaped in progressive form.

Something that we really have to do and something we want to start anew.

Life is the practice of how to get rid of it in a day by customs,

It is no exaggeration to say that habits make life.
