目標があるのなら、集団で作業する時でも、必死に黙々と、与えられた自分のことをやろう。
おしゃべりに花が咲き、何かやる度に仲良しクラブの状態では、いつまで経っても、高い目標は成就されない。
行動実現に対して多弁である必要は無い。
口先ばかり動かして、行動するエネルギーまで使ってしまっては仕方ないのだ。
やることを決めて、ただ静かに集中していれば良いのだ。
全エネルギーを、黙って今やることに注ぐのである。
集中すれば、当然寡黙になる。
人とおしゃべりしている暇などない。
コミュニケーションは必要だが、不要なお喋りは要らない。
沈黙が気まずいからと言ってダラダラと喋り続けていれば、いつまで経っても事は進まないだろう。
集団の中でも集中する事は必要だ。
一人でも集団でも、黙って必死に行動していれば、自然と高い目標は成就されるのである。

If you have a goal, do what you are given, desperately and silently, even when working in groups.

You don't have to be verbose to realize your actions.
It can't be helped to just move your mouth and use the energy to act.
All you have to do is decide what to do and just focus quietly.
All energy is silently poured into what we are doing now.
If you concentrate, you will naturally be silent.
You have no time to chat with people.
Communication is necessary, but unnecessary conversation is not necessary.
If you keep talking lazily just because the silence is awkward, things won't go on forever.
It is necessary to concentrate in the group.
Whether alone or in a group, if you act silently and desperately, your high goals will naturally be achieved.
