「社会人」

社会人とは、成人して仕事に就くことだけを意味するのではない。

自分の中の人間性を掘り下げる作業。

人との関係によって共に何かを作り上げる作業。

その二つの作業がバランス良く合わさって、自分は本当の社会人となるのである。

知識を吸収し、感覚を磨き、自分を掘り下げていく。

それによってできた自分を人前に出して、様々な人間関係にぶつけていく。

自分を成長させ、それを人に与え、共に何かを生み出す。

個々の人間がそのように努力して出来上がったものの集まりが社会であり、そのように生きている事が、本当の社会人の意味なのである。

"People in society"

People in society do not just mean getting a job as an adult.

Work to delve into the human nature within oneself.

Work to create something together by relationships with people.

The two tasks are well-balanced, and you become a true member of society.

Absorb knowledge, hone your senses, and delve into yourself.

You expose yourself to the public and hit various relationships.

Grow yourself, give it to others, and create something together.

The society is a collection of things that individual human beings have made such efforts, and living in that way is the true meaning of "people in society."
