「世界を知る」
もっともっと勉強したい。
この世のことを。
今生きているこの世界のことをもっと深く理解したい。
キリスト教やって、あの世の勉強ばかりは退屈じゃないか。
狭い世界の中で蠢いていても、一向に現実は変わらない。
蚊帳の外へ出て初めて分かるのだ。
世界の大きさが。
そして大きさを知った瞬間、その知らなさが押し寄せてくる。
ああ、何にも知らないのだ、と。
知る事は、愛する事だ。
愛するには、知らなくてはいけない。
もちろん、この世のことなんか、知らなくたって生きていける。
でもそれはあまりにも、勿体無い話だ。
だって知れば知るほど、世界は面白いのだから。
"Know the world"
I want to study more and more.
About this world.
I want to understand more about this world that I am living in now.
Isn't it boring to study Christianity and study the afterlife?
Even if you wriggle in a small world, the reality does not change at all.
You can only find out when you go out of the mosquito net.
The size of the world.
And the moment you know the size, that unknown rushes in.
"Oh, I don't know anything."
To know is to love.
To love, you have to know.
Of course, you can live without knowing about this world.
But that's too wasteful.
Because the more you know, the more interesting the world is.
