「芸術家の収入手段について」
「この世界、売れた者勝ちですよ！」
そうやって堂々と言う人がいる。
人に、作品が売れたのか売れてないのか、そんなことばかり聞いて何になるだろうか？
絵画界にいると、口を開ければ作家同士でそんな会話ばかりしているのが目につく。
描いた結果、経済的に潤うのなら良い。
だが、お金のためだけに絵を描くようになったら、その作家の芸術は腐敗である。
芸術家たる者、日々、自分の作品の質を、お金とは関係のないところで究極的に突き詰めていかないといけない。
そして経営者としても宣伝や販売努力もして、経済的に実益に結びつける。
それが本来の正当手段である。
ところが絵画界、そうなっていないことの何と多いことか。
売れるパターンを最初に持って来て、売れるために何でもする。
モチーフを売れるモチーフにしてみたり、流行っている色や形に変えてみたり、厳しいテイストを甘くしてみたりと、世の中に合わせて簡単に自分の絵を作り変えてしまう。
そんなの自分の絵じゃないじゃないか！？
忖度の絵だ。
はたまた、日頃の絵や販売努力の研鑽の結果ではなく、口や色気や人間関係だけで販売に結びつける。
蓋を開けてみれば、 実際そんなことばかり横行していて、 絵の世界はそればかりである。
そんなの全然間違っている。
売れれば何でもする、と言うのが一番いけない。
やはり、芸術家たる者、絵の実力は日々修練しなきゃいけない。
その次に正当な販売努力をする。
その結果稼いだお金じゃなきゃ、芸術家としての収入は何の意味もないのである。

You can easily recreate your own paintings to suit the world by turning the motif into a selling motif, changing it to a popular color or shape, or sweetening the harsh taste.
Isn't it such a picture of yourself! ??
It's a picture of useless care for others.
