「熱い音楽」
山梨から東京に帰る高速バスの中で、90年台を中心とした熱いJーPOPを久しぶりに聴いた。
中島みゆき、布袋寅泰、サザンオールスターズ、長渕剛、と20年前にはそれを聴いて心を燃やしていた曲たちを振り返った。
20年前のどうしようもない青年の私は、そういう曲を聴きながら、この大きな世界の中の自分の身の置き所に戸惑っていた。
その曲たちの歌詞の通りのように、この20年、私は生きてこれただろうか。。。
まあ、８割はその歌詞の通りドラマチックだったかもしれない。
何しろ普通には生きてこれなかったからな。
私は30歳でキリスト教の洗礼を受け、今はそれらの音楽たちが意味するような人生に近づけたかもしれない。
"Hot music"
On the high-speed bus returning from Yamanashi to Tokyo, I listened to hot J-POP mainly in the 90's for the first time in a while.
Miyuki Nakajima, Tomoyasu Hotei, Southern All Stars, Tsuyoshi Nagabuchi, and 20 years ago, I looked back on the songs that burned my heart.
Twenty years ago, I was a helpless young man, and while listening to such songs, I was confused about where I was in this big world.
Did I live for the last 20 years, as the lyrics of those songs say? .. ..
Well, 80% may have been dramatic as the lyrics say.
After all, I didn't live normally.
I was baptized in Christianity at the age of thirty and may now be closer to the life that those music means.
